Get the most out of your online advertising with unlimited virtual tours and text listings! Some listings will call for virtual tours with sweeping 360-degree shots, wide angle panoramas, and still photos. For others, a single picture and text description might suffice. With the OLS, you get to decide.

Contact Agent Page:
Allows buyers to e-mail the agent through a contact form.

Automatic E-mail Responder:
Every time a buyer contacts an Agent through an OLS website, an auto-responder sends a response that is determined by the Agent.

Your name, photo and contact information is all the buyer sees on your website:
Many times, the buyer's first contact with a listing occurrs online. During this introduction, the buyer is directed to an Agent who will represent her or him through the rest of the transaction. If you use the traditional MLS on your website, buyers are able to see the name and contact information of the listing agent who is selling the property. Providing the contact information of another agent cuts you out of the transaction. With the OLS, your name and contact information is all the buyer sees, regardless of who listed the property.

My Listings Page:
Displays text listings and virtual tours of all of the Agent's lisitngs (a personal inventory page).

Search Listings Page:
This feature allows buyers to search all of the listings in the brokerage based on specified criteria (minimum price, maximum price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and city).

Open House Caravan:
This feature allows buyers to sign up to receive an e-mail every week with links to the brokerage's 10 newest listings posted in the system. The agent is able to brand the e-mail by adding custom text to the top and bottom of each e-mail, and the e-mail is sent as if it came directly from the agent's own e-mail address. All tours delivered through the open house caravan are IDX branded.

Featured Listing Window:
On the home page of the agent's website is a featured listing block that shows one of the agent's listings. Clicking on the listing will take the buyer to the specific listing page, that will show a virtual tour, or other information about the listing. This feature helps agents emphasize their own listings over the listings of other agents.

Custom Links:
Agents are able to select up to three customized links that appear on his or her site.

Website Customization:
The agent is able to customize the look of the OLS website in several ways:
- The agent may select a color scheme for the website
- The agent may select a banner image for the website
- The agent may upload a logo banner for the website
- The agent's photo and contact information appears on every page of the website
